Manny on the other hand.... ducked Mosley that Floyd fought and it was only after Floyd beat him and Mora made him look shot that Manny said ok I will fight Mosley now and the weight doesn't matter , and I will be the first to KO Mosley , old Mosley made Manny look like lost at sea with just a little skill and movement .
Glad you seen through Mannys cherry picking , the dude is still cherry picking guys coming of loses .

Floyd had my respect way before that. Floyd again showed that he has a chin period, and the way he fought back at the end of round 2, and the next round showed people why he is still the best fighter on earth today. You have to nail Floyd to the floor to beat him.

Round 2 proved that Mosley was an old man because IF Mosley was in his prime, he would've finished Mayweather there and then. Mosley gassed and it showed Mayweather can be taken out.

Takes more than fighting a washed up Mosley like that for 1 round to get respect... There's fighters who actually fought like that there entire career & against guts that were actually prime & stood a legit chance at winning. Not someone they were expected to dominate.

How do you know that he takes Floyd out, when Floyd has never even been put down by a punch? Mosley was not tired in round 2. He went for the finish in round 2 and found out that Floyd could take a shot.

As much as I love Shane, has he ever taken out a prime elite fighter even close to Floyd's level? He's beaten some very good boxers by decision don't get me wrong, but I mean an elite fighter like Floyd or around Floyd's caliber.

I already knew he was a great fighter so nothing he did when Mosley hurt him surprised me.He held on for dear life to give his head time to clear and then he went back to work. Most good fighters would have done the same thing. Mosley was not able to follow up his advantage. Maybe the prime Mosley would have finished him or maybe not. Floyd is game and he takes a good punch but he proved that long before the Mosley fight.

There are two answers to that.

If you hate Floyd...that answer is Antonio Margarito

If you're not delusional... The answer is people at Floyds level dont tend to get KOd/stopped while both are at their natural weight.

Anyway, Shane was gasping for air from the 2nd on. Probably over trained seeing as he just had a camp for Berto and with his age..ouch.

Floyd has always had my respect as a boxer, I may disagree on his personality, his behaviour out of the ring and his ego. The man has been around for a pretty long time, and unlike most other smaller weight fighter's who become laddersteps for up and coming superstars he has remained at the number 1 spot, that in itself is a tremendous achievement.
