I just think itd be hard for macklin to get up for another training camp knowing hes being used as a journeyman. a lot of people don't think about this kind of stuff.

More air time for Stevens on a primetime network
On the undercard of the guy he's challenging against a guy he just beat.
Call him out from there.
Make more money for that than on NBC.
Depending on how he wins, make a case for how much he deserves

oh yea no doubt about that. its a great opportunity for stevens, that's why believe he'd KO macklin. they just need to find a reasonable opponent for GGG to top off the card

Macklin should just come back to the UK and have a UK tornuament with the UK MW's.

He's not good enough to beat the Top MW's.

If Barker beats Geale, he should bring it back to the UK.

Even if he loses, that would still be a nice set up for the tornuament.
