You forgot one-floyd agreed to fight while manny turned down the fight over ped testing in 2009 and then changed his mind in May 2010 only after floyd said the offer was off the table because manny kept bull****ting about cutoff dates.

Manny made jmm and tim sign to TR to get fights. DId you complain then?

SInce casual fans have lost interest in the fight it stands to reason that if manny to beat tim and jmm the floyd fight would be hot again right?

The no ppv offfer was greedy as hell. But floyd, canelo, hagler, holyfield, cotto, tim, margs, sergio etc have all taken short money and or ****ty deals to get a fight with the top star. Manny is no better than any of them why can't he do same?

And Mayweather ducked Pacquiao's NSAC testing
Pacquiao said he'd do atleast 30 days testing before the fight unless the commission was doing the random testing(same thing Marquez and Bradley are doing now) and said otherwise

Personally I blame Floyd and arum. There's no doubt in my mind that pac would hesitate for a second to get in the ring with Floyd as long as he were given a fair deal. It was Floyd trying to protect his 0 from a perceived risk in fighting pac, and Bob protecting his investment in what would be a risky fight for his cash cow.
