I like this match up a lot. I think that Broner is going to be a bit too slippery and fast for Maidana. One will have to implement a lot speed in order to be competitive against the likes of an Adrien Broner. For example, Paulie Malignaggi was very successful by getting his punches off first against Adrien by using a quick jab, good movement and combination punching. Even though he was yet getting caught with a lot of hard punches of his own, he still came close to defeating the Problem. On the other hand, El Chino is just too stagnant and flat-footed to be effective against Broner's style. I expect Adrien to counter him at will. Whether or not he stops him remains to be seen. After all, he is a smaller fighter jumping up to two weight classes to challenge a naturally larger man. So the size differential could make a difference as to whether El Chino survives a knockout stoppage.

I give Maidana a serious puncher's chance to land some meaningful shots on Broner and actually hurt him. Broner is good but he can't get lazy or over-confident in the ring. Broner fan or not, he definitely is hittable and isn't as polished in his defense as he perceives himself to be. Real Talk.

Neither of these two are PPV. I'd love to see Broner get beaten up but I definitely wouldnt pay him to see him get beaten up. Kind of defeats the object "haha you just got beaten up but here's 70 bucks". No thanks

This fight should be Broners toughest to date but stylistically it favors Broner. I really don't like Broner at all but I see it going his way.

You and Broner would both benefit from the services of Maidana's translator. English is not Maidana's native language but what's Broner's excuse? (And yours?) LOL Anyway, IMO Broner has the upper hand here although he did get hit to the body fairly easy by Malignaggi. With that said, Maidana is definitely not as fast as Paulie but is undoubtedly stronger so it can get interesting. I'm hoping for the upset but Broner may be a bit too fast for Maidana. He did show that he is just good in his last fight though, not great. It could very well be the fact that he jumped up several weight divisions but only time will tell. He does need to stick to just boxing though as his so called rapping is terrible to say the least and his jokes are even worse.
