it's not in his best interest that these fighters don't test positive and cancel the fight.

    oh. wait a minute...
As I understand it, Arum just wrote NSAC a check and they handled all the details. I'm just being facetious calling it Bob Arum testing. It's really NSAC testing. They don't have the budget to do real stringent testing so I'm glad Arum opened up the the option for them to do it. They now have the structure to use it for future fights for those who want it.

I really don't think the conflict of interest is any better or worse than when VADA or USADA is used. The promoter always pays for it eitherway. And USADA/VADA has no power to stop fights or to ban fighters so it'll be up to the comission eitherway.

Because there was a disagreement with Marquez and Bradley over with organization to use so Arum was like "fuck it, I'll have NSAC do so you two can stop being bitches"

Since Memo has a ****** beef with Conte and Conte is always endorsing VADA, he probably has been telling Marquez not to use it out of spite. Also, Marquez originally wanted USADA , but USADA won't do testing if another organization is being used in the same fight. It's in their rules supposedly.

NSAC will be using a WADA accredited lab from Utah so I think it's credible enough.

Even if JMM fails a test, they won't report the results just like USADA

Awesome. Im sure NSAC have the staff to do it now, unlike in 2010 when Mayweather approached them. it s a positive step really

I think that take a little generous tbh. Conte makes a good point about Nevada t ratio and the need for transparency.

Won't matter. CIR will test every sample regardless of ratio.

Of course it matters in that there is a need for transparency and full disclosure otherwise no one is going to have faith in the testing.

What disclosure? Who gives a hell what their ratios are they will be found out regardless with advanced testing.

Take note Conte was a guy that said USADA didnt CIR test anyone at all, take his tweets with a snowflake from Florida
