This is what I have been saying, Arum had the holding on testing from day 1. He didn't want either VADA or USADA, Now I don't know what contract says regarding who the tester were or was going to be but Arum made it clear in interviews that NSAC would be his tester for the fight.

So how that = to JMM avoiding drug test I don't know. Bradley saying stuffs and lying to the media like JMM is avoiding test was wrong because JMM is ready and willing to take any test. JMM was even blood and urine tested on the 8th of August in the afternoon.

Arum is such a slippery snake. Its almost like he wants JMM to be cheating to dust Bradley so he can wheel out PAc vs JMM 6, 7 & 8 whilst riding on Floyd name.
I wonder if Bob will be building a stadium in Asia for Mayweather vs Pac and if they will be demanding BADA testing too
I already called it BADA...last 2 weeks ago when Arum was reiterating that VADA or USADA aren't going to be doing the testing.

Juan under the same promoter have random CIR testing done and it isnt good enough????

what the hell is wrong with you posters?
Because they can't get over the KO loss. At the end of the day no Bob Arum fighter has done any kind of random drug testing leading up to a fight yet.

I actually thought that EDS were now just bout all synthetic- I must be wrong.

And I thought it was common knowledge ( I can see you were "left out") that Marquez is not signed up with Top Rank but deals with them on a fight by fight basis. Eh??
          No JMM did "refuse" VADA..

“Bradley he wants to do the anti-doping test. I'm ready for that. But this is a not a rule for the fight. I want after the weigh in, I want Bradley not to [weigh] more than 10 pounds more because he is heavy. He's too big. This is not a rule but if he wants anti-doping test, I want him [not to weigh over] 10 pounds [after the weigh in]” Marquez would reveal.

So NO JMM did not refuse VADA.

Marquez making that ridicules demand, instead of just complying with the VADA testing(like Bradley complied to USADA testing)was in a sense him turning down VADA testing..It's also why Arum intervene..

It does matter, they need to have a cut off level. If there cut off level is 10:1 then everyone needs to know. So if a fighter comes in at 12:1 then he just failed a drug test.

JMM demand for rehydration clause has nothing to do with VADA or USADA, JMM didn't really have a prefers, he was on record that he was test with anyone of the agency. Arum from day one never wanted VADA or USADA, still don't understand why no one is point that out...And the fact that Arum has alway been against VADA/USADA, I could be wrong but has he ever use anyone of these 2 agencies in a fight with anyone of his fighters before? And am not talking about in the future and talking about in the past..completed fights?

No, it becomes irrelevant with CIR. It detects synthetic testosterone regardless of of the T/E ratio. The ratio could be 1:1 and you can still test positive with CIR.

Does anyone think that Arum has some members of NSAC in his pocket? He has had dealings with "the commission" for years and years now.

Maybe that's why he has been so insistent about involving them instead of USADA or VADA.

You say that, yet Marquez in the thread you posted said he wants USADA,and he would be tested by VADA if Bradley would bend to his weight stipulation..Once Marquez said that he would test with VADA while making a demand about a weight stipulation he made the weight issue and the VADA testing one in the same thing..

I don't believe Arum had ever used either tbh, which is why the fighters had to be on the same page..If both Bradley and Marquez was on the same page,Bob would not have to intervene..There just would have been double testing..
