  • All fan bases are hopelessly ******ed. Voted "all of the above". Any of the ethno-nationalist fan base types are a bit worse than the others.

      • I'm from the UK, I wasn't aware that Khan had any fans.

On a further note, there is no one fan base who's to blame, collectively everyone has ridiculous opinions and they are all as bad as eachother.

I once read a comment on YT about the documentary "It gets loud" featuring The Edge from U2, Jimmy Page and Jack White, the comment said

"Edge fans think Jack White shouldn't be here, Jack White fans think The Edge shouldn't be here, and Jimmy Page fans think neither of them should be here"

imho most fan base are what you call ethno-nationalists, only very few boxers transcends .... ali, tyson, sugar ray leonard, dela hoya to name a few....

maybe mayweather and pacquiao transcended, but their vocal fanbase are generally ethno-nationalist...

alvarez is the best 154 lber not named floyd jr. it is his toughest fight within reason, as golovkin is too big.

you're talking about casual fans. casual fans are the reason this website became less frequented by pinoy's after manny lost (the lounge has dropped off about 25% in use.)

if you're involved with boxing long enough fighters come and go. lots of pacquaio fans will move on, and stick with the sport, but many of them have left, and won't be involved with boxing until another manny shows up.
