What the heck you talking about. Floyd never wanted cutt off. The only reason there were talks about cutt offs is because of Manny's sudden fear of needles. Floyd was just being sepathetic to Manny menstrual cycle and having to give blood and was offering cutt off to make the fight. Floyd could had said no cutt offs period but really wanted the fight. Manny said just not on the day of so Floyd budge to 14 days and Manny walked after Manny's last penalty bluff was called.

pacman agreed to unlimited urine testing, 3 blood tests which included one after signing and one immediately after the fight. which was far and above the current commission rules. and even better than current vada. pederson and berto got caught based on urine samples which were taken about three months before their respective fights. mayweather never went beyond 14 days cut off in all of his so-called random testing crap. he got 19 days cut off in the mosley fight, he got 18 in the ortiz and only 2 blood tests. there were barely any detail in the cotto and guerrero fight.

and mayweather still said, "no it's not enough," adding to the fact that floyd is a roider himself. that's why he's a chicken. there's no comparison.

They probably don't even take blood tests. USADA does it for showmanship purposes only. What are the testing specifics in the Bradley/Marquez fight? One blood test. Who knows? Nobody cares.

You are OK with whatever Floyd states but if Manny says the same exact thing as Floyd then it's a bad thing. Similarly, if Manny does something then it's bad and you go on a crusade against him but as soon as Floyd does the same (eg. CWs) then you are OK with it.
