Instead of having to wait two or three days to train the same muscle group, you can train daily. The issue is that the tendons and ligaments don't develop at the same rate so eventually, the muscle's capacity to lift weight surpasses the tendons and the muscles end up tearing off from the bone. At least with power lifters this is a normal scenario.
Anyone can get leaned out from the right routines but certain attributes are "giveaways" to steroid usage and I believe the stomach is one of them. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but drastically altering your physical makeup at 40 when you've been an athlete all of your life and working with a PED master, cast an overwhelming shadow of doubt. You can't tell me Marquez has been training for 20 years or more as an athlete and yet Memo knows so many training techniques that Marquez had never seen before, he was able to turn him into the hulk in a matter of months by altering his routine alone.
Bradley on the other hand, has always been chiseled up since he was a teenager. His father was a supreme athlete as well when he was younger and they have genes that allow them to get ripped up when they train.
Whatever, as long as the fights goes on, I don't care. It's a styles matchup and that favors Bradley and his movement.Comment

there are a bunch of factors that go into the pushed out stomach region that you see in bodybuilders. for starters, they carry a lot of muscle in their midsections, and it sticks out. the stomach sucks in when they're cutting, but most of a bodybuilder's life is spent well over comp weight. i get a muscle gut myself, and i've never used AS or HGH in my life. as you said, the food intake is a big aprt of it. water, too. these guys eat 5-7000 calories during certain phases of their routines, and drink a couple gallons of water a day. the stomach is elastic, and does change shape in the face of extreme changes in diet, which eating 7000 calories certainly is.
hgh does contribute to the swelling and water retention of the organs of the stomach, making them bulge a bit.
and finally, steroids in serious bodybuilding contexts must be supplemented with insulin, and the insulin contributes to the bloating of the stomach.
marquez goes through puberty after hooking up with a known steroid guru. he is 39 years old. he's been going through training camp for almost two decades now. all of a sudden he goes through the same camp at 40 years old, and is able to put in a ton of extra work, and put on a ton of lean muscle. he's on the gear.Comment
