Well exemptions are made public. I can name several big names in MMA that have gotten permission to exploit TRT.
Can you name me some of the big names in boxing that use it? Can you also provide me with a source?

Goahead I can wait.Last edited by WARQUEZ; 08-10-2013, 12:14 AM.Comment

if VADA was on the contract, Bradley has a legit gripe. Compromising on testing after it's already been agreed upon raises some su****ion on Marquez, whether valid or not.Comment

On the surface, this appears very dodgy. It almost seems like someone has something to hide here. Perhaps this was why the Pacquiao/Marquez V bout was rejected; Not so much because of the money but because of Juan Manuel Marquez' refusal to submit to the most stringent of all blood testing requests from Team Pacquiao.Comment

I think this is the case. Why didn't he do this before? Also it's a little hard to imagine he was able to do this naturally without juicing up. He knows VADA would likely catch him this is why he refuses to honor his contract.Comment

Exactly my thoughts, this not only benefits boxing, it also helps mma where ped usage has been rampant, it sets a big precedent to follow, big props for NSAC...Marquez is doing the random testing with NSAC. They are going to be using legit WADA labs, following the WADA protocol that USADA and VADA follows. There's a few details they may or may not do, but it looks pretty good from what I've read.
This random testing done by the Commission is a step in the right direction, despite people on this forum whining and moaning. This also removes the conflict of interest with Promoters and Fighters using an independent agency who they pay.
Most importantly though, in the future, NSAC can potentially do year-round random drug testing! Where if a fighter tests positive, he will actually face penalties. Right now, if year-round testing is done by VADA or USADA -- there is no penalty unless it's in training camp! But now since NSAC is doing things themselves -- that is a big game changer. I don't think many understand just how major this step is.
And now please let the comission do their job...Comment
