USADA would 'ban' him, but NSAC wouldn't follow through with the ban or suspension. NSAC wouldn't respect it, as they like to themselves determine the penalties. So again, it goes back to my point that NSAC doing random drug testing themselves is the lesser evil.

Nope, NSAC are even more dangerous. If one fighter turned a dirty test in and they got caught aren't they suppose to be banned? So if NSAC doesn't or wouldn't respect an agency that represent the USA regarding drug testing then what does it say about them? It means they are more than evil.

Yes ready and willing so long Bradley agreed to his stipulation(aka an issue) where did I say Marquez said no to testing?? I've said many times that until Marquez test positive of something I don't consider him dirty..Marquez raising an issue about the testing from different agency has raised some questions tho..

Well according to Arum back in June 2013 he said the NSAC not the USADA/VADA would be responsible for the testing of this fight. So if Arum was saying so in June 2013 why is Bradley pointing fingers at JMM? It seems like he is trying to make excuses for whatever reason.

Marquez is not being tested by VADA, and he's looking su****ions because he was the first one to make an issue about it..The article I provided for you was Marquez saying he would only do testing if Bradley agree to a weight stipulation which benefited nobody but Marquez..It also made many look at Marquez funny,why not just do both test..Why make an issue about nothing..

Wrong again, go read the article. At NO point did JMM said he would only do VADA testing if Bradley agrees to weigh just 10 Ib after the weigh in.. Please read it again because I don't want you to look ****** with your reading comprehension, to make it easier for you let me help you..

So there you have it, he agrees to do any type of testing demanded but Bradley, so basically he was agreeing to Bradley demand, But he also has his own demand which was for Bradley to not weigh in 10 Ib over the weight on fight night. That two demand (One from Bradley) and one from (JMM)...

At no point did JMM said he would not test unless Bradley rehydrate within just 10IB on fight night.
