I just don't know about Broner having a big following. Wasn't the Paulie fight during the free Shotime weekend?

Even Floyd wasn't that popular until Oscar and he was better know before that than Broner is at this point in his career.

it wasnt during the free showtime weekend for most cable providers. only dish. and those views dont even count towars the total. he gets views. that much has been clear for some time. which is why showtime probably cant afford him in their budget as an end of the year fight.

Don't let the Malignaggi fight cloud your judgement. BRoner vs Maidana is gonna be a great one.

This fight by itself is not worthy of PPV. I would have to assume that they are planning to put together a very good undercard.

As for the fight itself it is quite interesting. Broner should outclass Maidana for as long as he can. It will be interesting to see if he can maintain it for 12 rounds as he faces the biggest strongest guy in his career. And you know Maidana is gonna be bringin it trying to wear him out. Should be fun to watch

Broner Looked HORRIBLE Against A 5 KO Paulie Mags; Maidana Stops Him Cold!

IF Broner has the boner to take the fight... I'm not sure why anyone thinks Broner is another class better than Maidana. He struggled with Mags who hits like a lightweight. Maidana comes to fight, he can knock you out with either hand... Maidana is the guy Mayweather avoided and chose to fight Victor Ortiz instead, after Maidana destroyed Ortiz in 8 rounds, and Ortiz is a helluva lot bigger and stronger than Bronehead. Mayweather took the LOSER of that fight, rather than fight the WINNER Maidana... explain that lack of hair on the ballz. I hope and hope Broner gets talked into signing for this one, because he is gonna get stretched out... Maidana doesn't like this guy, and that adds just a little more motivation to the equation. Broner will be down there fighting the Alvarado's and the Rios'.... Hell, Broner wouldn't even fight the smaller GAMBOA....!!!
