Vitali. I don't even know why this is a question.
Who's greater, Miguel Cotto or Vitali Klitschko?

Good question.
I think H2H against fighters around their weight, all time, it's Vitali hands down. I think the best version of Vitali would beat a lot of great heavyweights.
But based on career and resume, it's Cotto. Cotto's win over Mosley is better than anything Vitali ever did, and Clottey/Judah are at least as good as any fighter Vitali had to fight. The two best wins for a Klitschko were Byrd and Haye, and vitali doesn't have either of those.
I don't think either are truly 100% Hall of Fame fighters, though both will get in 100% probably.Comment

LOL @ how jealous and hateful people are of the Klitschko brothers. They've dominated the heavyweight division for years and people can't handle it. Get used to it, people, the heavyweight division is going to be dominated by Europeans for years to come.
Mark it down.Comment

That sums it up for me too.
I only see one Klitschko dominating the division. Vitali's wins are dominant but he's not dominating the division in the way that Wlad's taken pretty much all of the best and highest rated guys between them since 2005. Vitali lives in Wlad's house, let's Wlad do most of the chores, pay most of the bills, then people are like "That's Wlad and Vitali's house". SMH. Wlad mows the lawn and fixes the car and paints the house and says "Boy Vitali I'm wiped from all that work and Vitali says "Yeah me too. I walked to the mail box and got the mail and watched some TV, made myself a sandwich. We're out of bread by the way. For when you go to the store." Then Wlad goes into the basement and screams in the soundproof room he built for when he can't take it no more.Comment

Very good question and a hard one to answer in my book. Vitali and Miguel are very similar in a lot of ways, loved by some, hated by others, it's hard to find anyone sitting on the fence with either. Both fighters have losses to the ATGs, vitalis being more questionable, (he was cut but both fighters were gassed, it's only speculation to assume what would have happened). Both fighters quit against 'lesser' fighters, both fan groups like to bring up the excuses (plaster, torn rotator cuff). For me it comes down to who they fought and how they beat them. Both guys resumes are made up of mid to lower top 10 guys, Miguel has the better stand out win (Mosley) but vitali has the more dominating performances. People can talk up the maussa's and urkals and try and talk down the kirk johnsons and timo hoffmans and vice versa with quintanas, mayorgas and sanders, peters. But all in all I think they have similar competition level. I slightly lean towards vitali as he was The man in his division before his retirement and an arguement could be made for him post retirement up untill wlad dominated Haye.Comment
