Don't see why not. Sure, Floyd is not a devastating puncher, especially not in his current weight class, but I can see it happening if Canelo is down by a few rounds and goes gung-ho trying to KO Floyd. Mayweather could take advantage of a situation like this one and I can see him hurting Canelo with a fast counter shot. I wouldn't bet on it, but I don't think it's impossible.

Canelo might be a smidge too big.

I see Floyd using a similar game plan to what he used for Guerrero. Canelo will land a couple body shots here and there, the crowd will erupt then Floyd will proceed to pot shotting the Ginger straight to hell...

Only chance is if Alvarez is Oscar level drained, or close. In which case Mayweather wouldn't deserve credit.

He didn't bother to throw punches against Robert ***ing Guerrero and you want him to let his hands go against a a bigger, younger, more talented fighter? It's gonna be a typical Maywearther Snooze fest of 25 punches per round with noi bad intentions behind them. Jesus Guerrero didn't even look like he was in a fight for ***sake. Mayweather stopping Canello ha!!!! He hasn't legitimatley stopped anyone since Ricky Hatton!

Floyd will be fully roided in this fight. Canelo could possibly be Pacquiao'd in the early rounds.
