Why would they schedule a week long US tour right in the middle of training camp a month out from the fight. I like these tours but this makes no sense especially for a guy from South America

I understand the non-understanding part but let's be real this is all danny's fault. He was the hold up in the signing even worse he's been on a layoff longer as well. We can speak in hypotheticals all we want but Lucas was in the country a lot longer than normal trying to make this fight..Danny decided to be a diva and now with 5 or so weeks left wants to go on tour?

The problem is certain posters (jfsd26, EPT just 2 examples) would never extend the same type of reasoned, patient logic if it was danny. it would be duck, scared, etc. etc., with no thought behind it.

Was this tour stipulated in the contract? If so, why isn’t Garcia saying so & what is the penalty for cancelling? If it was stipulated, were those 3 cities specified? What fan base does Matthysse have in those cities? Garcia is the champ but who’s the bigger more exciting prospect? What if Matthysse approved the tour on condition that the daddy stays home but Garcia cannot go out without his daddy?
