I think for every hard blow Stevens lands, GG lands 3 or 4. I see it being a shootout where Stevens gives a viliant effort, but comes up a bit short.

But these are the types of guys that will beat GGG. Short, compacted fighters who can ****. I also think Danny Jacobs gives GGG and someone like Kirkland w/ Wolfe gives him a go
Jacobs gets killed, Kirklands gets put in the morgue and....well I guess teh Stevens fight will be fun while it lasts but again, GGG is fighting c level opponents at best. Don't have him lose credibility after an incredible win over Macklin!

But if not Stevens then who do you suggest that GGG fight?
The point isn't that GGG shouldn't fight him, the point is people need to stop hyping this guy up just because he KO'd a B or C level opponent.

GGG is on a whole other level and he will make short work of Stevens.

I'll admit I wouldn't mind this fight, just don't see Stevens having anything more then a punchers chance, other then that he's going to take a serious beating.

Dude is going to have to change his nickname if he plans on fighting GGG on HBO.

This circumstances of this fight remind me of Broner vs Rees.

You seen all the **** Broner got for that fight.

You got a guy coming down in weight giving up several inches in height.

But it's just a showcase fight. Would you rather him not fight at all? He could sit around and wait for Geale/Barker for later this year. But he's staying active. That's what you want out of a fighter like GGG

No one is hyping him, they are hyping the potential for an explosive KO either way. On top of that, other fighters don't want to fight GG.

Would be an awesome fight for HBO. They should definitely make it happen.

I doubt Stevens will upset him though. He loads up on all of his punches and would be walking right into all of GGG's punches.
