Kevin Cunningham, manager and trainer of IBF welterweight champion Devon Alexander (25-1, 14KOs), is surprised with some of the social network commentary comming from potential opponent Amir Khan (28-3, 19KOs). Khan posted a statement where he claims to have already agreed to face Alexander several weeks ago. Khan's return is targeted for December 7th.

"I've agreed to fight Devon Alexander weeks ago. He's creating hype. Its Devon who needs to sign. I'd fight him anywhere."

Cunningham has no idea who Khan is negotiating with, because Alexander has yet to receive a solid proposal.

I think Alexander is on the Mayweather sweepstakes so I expect him to turn down the bigger offer with Khan and fight some casamayor type of fight and then probably onto Mayweather.

Devon knows he can't outbox Khan (he got outboxed by limited Kotelnik for goodness sake) and also knows he doesn't have the power to knock Khan out and therefore will duck him and fight someone like Soto Karass to keep himself in line for Mayweather.

Funny how both of these ****s have time to go back and forth with the media about who is not doing what... but they don't have time to actually talk to each other to set a ***ing deal and get it over with.
