peterson was caught doping before the khan rematch... he was on drugs when he fought khan, and the win should be completely discounted. you'd discount that same win because of the drugs if it were against matthysse, and please don't act like you would not.

peterson was very clearly enhanced in the khan fight. you're one of the guys who calls him PEDerson ceaselessly. he deserves it. the guy had slow release test in his butt. now that he loses to matthysse he's some great win? that makes no sense. it's a double standard.

discount lamont peterson. the best win for matthysse is judah, and the best win for garcia is khan. judah could do absoutely nothing with khan. khan also beat kotelnik (who should have a W over alexander and was a good fighter,) malingaggi, maidana.\

matthysse has a deeper resume than garcia, but his second best [should be] win is alexander. garcia's second best win is judah, matthysse's best win. some people try and say that matthysse beat judah by a huge margin, which isn't true. both guys beat judah in similar fashion, hurting and beating him, but losing some rounds in the process.


the resume are comparable, but the fact that you discount peterson's drug use to fit an agenda remains. peterson is not a better win than amir khan, as his khan win is tainted with a failed drug test for the rematch. and you would be saying the exact opposite if the shoe were on the other foot.

Again, how do we know Peterson wasn't juiced for the Matthysse fight? Just cause Matthysse treated him like a rag doll? Remember there was no testing in that fight. I never called Peterson a great win, you're putting words in my mouth. I said a "good win".

Pacquiao is still faster, stronger, more powerful and will still beat Floyd. Floyd is overrated and has looked less than impressive lately.

What does this have to do with anything? I'm not a fanatic of neither fighter, but Floyd definitely is the best fighter in boxing right now until someone beats him, and is fighting the best 154 pounder in his next fight. I thought Pacquaio would pose some issues to Floyd before he was knocked out, but he definitely won't be the same after such a dramatic loss. I think the interest of the fight and Pac's chance of actually winning, ended after Marquez's right hand.

he looks much more muscular in the pics for the khan fight. i don't even need to post the fight, where he looked herculean strong for the first time. i had never seen his body look like that, even if it was always ripped. he had huge, vascular muscles that were not there in the bradley fight, for example.

can i say for sure that he wasn't geared up for lucas? no. but he'd be much more reluctant to cheat after being caught. he also looked like a completely different person against khan, both physically i his appearance and in terms of the punishment he's been able to take before or after.


again, peterson was caught juicing before the khan rematch. why on earth would you do that if you were clean for the first fight?
