While he's not the 2nd most skilled boxer, he is incredibly skilled, and judging from the responses here, his skilled is incredibly underrated. He uses his explosiveness to do a lot of things other guys cant.

Canelo is versatile, can fight from all ranges, I wouldn't say 2nd most skilled though.
