No he wouldn't. The second he feels Maidanas power he will be dragging feet backwards and Maidana will make short work of his liver, eyes, and gold "teefes". Maidana now has a servicable jab and better footwork and defense, and Broner has mediocre defense and is so slow on his feet Maidana will tag him with jabs all night.
