Doesn't really matter to me, I would hope for a step up from Chaves so he can gain more recognition but I also think he could develop a bit more and development usually stops once a guy hits the big time so I wouldn't mind watching him against another guys like Chaves (talented but unknown) as I think that could make him better long term.

Understandable, but his level of competition has risen greatly over the past year...
Thurman was a guy that everybody called a bum last year and said he doesnt deserve to be on HBO,,,
Each fight he has gotten better, and level of competition has gotten better,,
Quintana has made a career of beating hyped guys like williams, julio, lattimore..
Zaveck has been in title fights, and is very experienced,
Chavez was unkown to most, but the kid can fight and punch,,, i wouldnt consider him a tomato can,,,

But thats just my opinion
