He does seem to be a perfect opponent for Pac, however that doesn't mean Rios can't tag him and KO him. After the Marquez fight nobody knows how much he still has left if it has affected his confidence, punch resistance, desire does he still have the same speed and power he has shown in past fights.

With so many questions going into this fight it is very hard to say how this fight will go with any certainty until we see how Pac performs since we know how Rios will fight.

Marg is a very tough fight for any welter. For example he'd run ranked welters like Guerrero and Ortiz out of the ring. And get this: after getting destroyed by Pac and pretty much losing an eye, #1 rated 154 titlist asked him for a 150 CW and 160 rehydration clause.

He wasn't wrong about Showtime either. They made the ridiculous guarantee, and made themselves the de facto promoter.

Diaz was a step up to a higher division. No one knew if Manny could carry his punching power specially after going up to his 5th division.

Mosley was a money fight like Floyd chose Mosley as a money fight. BTW, not so tough Mosley almost ktfo Floyd.

Margarito not a tough fight? Outsized Pacquiao by 5 inches and outweighed by 20 lbs, not a tough fight? Even Floyd avoided Margarito.

1. He may have fought fighters who to his style made more exciting fights.. doesn't mean they're tougher.. floy'd just made them some look easier, cant compare Floyd/Cotto to Pac/Cotto or for that case anyone of their common opponents..

Floyd was fighting once a year dating back to his post retirement, lets see thats bloated Marquez, Shane Oldsley, Victor Quitez, Robert Guerrero.. Level of competition wasnt solid for Floyd til he fought Cotto..

I wish FLOYD believe in himself like you *****s do. If Manny is such an easy fight for May, hmmm why the heck May comes up with soooo many roadblocks??? We know all the excuses...
