At the press conference announcing the fight in Los Angeles, Top Rank founder Bob Arum announced he would not be honoring the contract of Bradley, who requested strict anti-doping tests be performed by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) and the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). His manager, Cameron Dunkin and wife/adviser, Monica both have confirmed in media outlets that this is true.

Means nothing. Thats accumulated punishment his opponents took which scored kos for him. He wasn't koing guys with one shot prior to the PAC bout. When he caught PAC with that hook in the third round I thought to myself "wtf is going on". All are innocent until proven guilty and you can't take that win away from him but it sure as hell raises an eyebrow considering the points mr keni styles made.

Yeah, the thing is how could there be a problem this far into the process if arum dosen't allow it to be a problem? He could have put his foot down and solved this issue if he wanted to. Either Bradley is just making excuses or Arum is allowing Marquez to not comply with the testing. If Marquez wouldn't comply with testing that Arum supported then Arum would make him pay so Arum either let's Marquez get away with it or Bradley is lying.

What is bradley making an excuse for per se?
He's been asking for VADA/USADA for the longest time, it's in his contract and now Arum wants neither.

If Bradley's contract is breach,I believe the law is Bradley would be able to sue..Esp cause Arum and TR is truly at fault in this..

It wouldn't be wise for him to sue Arum. He's not a free agent like Cotto.
