Broner said he will fight whoever the fans want. Now lets see if that was BS or not and a vote is taken on who is next.

Thurman needs a few more bouts with the likes of Geruerro or even Paulie!
He needs a little more experience to get ready for bigger fights. This was his biggest and all though he won big he needs more seasoning. Broner does everything better for now and size is virtuely the same!
One more year and 3 fights and Thurman can try to step up to the top tier guys! Right now his jab needs to be straightened out and he needs better defense and better conditioning. He got rattled a few times in the fight and one of the times could have gotten in trouble if Chavez could have followed up but he couldn't!! He'll get his chance but they better move carefully! If he does fight Broner it should be much later on to secure a bigger fight $$$$$$$! Ray.

It would be an even bigger step up for Broner. This Chaves guy is way more of a threat than anyone Broner has faced yet

When you go into every thread, the same tired posters are saying the exact same things about Broner that they said yesterday and in the past. If it isn't Broner it's Floyd. These same guys blow up GG, Matthysse and Maidana too, lmao. Every damn day the same old ****. Every damn day.

How about Matthysse vs Thurman.........by all accounts on here Matthysse just needs to come to the ring and the belt will be handed to him. so how about these two getting it on on the next Mayweather Cinco De mayo undercard?
Matthysse isnt ready for floyd, he should get a fight at WW with another established WW before Floyd. Plus you know there will be fireworks and a big KO

This is my theory. The current WBA rankings are:

Champion: Paulie

1. Diego Chaves
2. Marcos Maidana


Broner beats Paulie for WBA title. He vacates and moves down.

Thurman beats Chaves and becomes the #1 contender for the title.

Then it will be Thurman vs. Maidana/Lopez for the vacant WBA title.
