Pacquiao is going to destroy Rios, period. Why create a "Belt/Title" for the winner of two guys who lost their last matches? Why not just align the winner with a legitimate champion and settle it that way..... THIS IS ******, ARUM!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Ive got an idea.

We can just create belts and tourneys for losers. SO Prvod and Petersen can fight and the loser fights the loser of rios manny (likely rios) for the special WBO JWW belt.

Then ghost and Paulie can fight, the loser gets Berto for the wbo special W belt.

Angulo fights the loser of canelo/floyd for the wbo special JMW title.

Macklin and N'DAM for the lineal wbo special MW title.

Kessler and Chad can fight for the newly created sugar ray leonard inspired wbo 168/175 double belt.
