That is exactly what I am saying, they both should do it because they both were agreed upon. But Bob passing the responsibility on to NSAC of arrangement and oversight is only going to cause a delay in the testing, which we are already seeing. top Rank should have contacted the the Anti-Doping people directly and arranged it, but they didn't.

Bob doesn't want to do that since if a result comes in positive, it's messy business keeping it quiet like GBP likes to. He'd rather have the commission cover it up, or have them decide to use lax testing cause it's in both the promoter's and commission's interest that big fights don't get canceled.

I think Bradley probably beats him in a competitive bout, but Tim Bradley is no career ender here folks.

Marquez was never ripped or muscular like Pacman was. Didn't JMM say, you can have testing if you agree to a rehydration clause? So maybe he thinks he doesn't need PEDs if Tim is 157 or below. I disagree, the guy that fought Casa, Katsidis and Juan Diaz gets beat easily by the LWW version Bradley IMO, unless Bradley has lost much off his least fight.

Who put the idea in Bob's head I have no idea. I do know that Marquez initially refused to do VADA and said he would do USADA only. So bob said he would do it so NSAC oversees the testing. But that is obviously stalled and going at a snails pace/

at this rate it might end up like pac-marquez 4 where bob told freddie it is too close to the fight now to start doing testing
