It's pretty meaningful. Like I said, nobody came close to his record at the weight. So he separated himself from the pack, in a weightclass considered strong at the time. Beat 2 #2 contenders IIRC. It's not enough for HOF, but it's a good start. The Marquez win would look very good also.

He never beat the champion at 140 and he never faced his number 1 challenger. Like I said, he beat a few top 10 guys but that is not meaningful to me.

If he ends up getting credit for Pacquiao when his career is over, he might be right. Obviously he shouldn't and even with Marquez, Bradley has not had a career worth the HOF.

Well yes, if he beats Marquez and then doesn't fall off the face of the earth he probably will be in the HOF. Of course if he wins and then has a Jermaine Taylor type fall off then he won't be.

Vegas handed Bradley his title, for winning MAYBE 4 rounds of 12 against Pacquiao. He got the beatdown of his life against Provodnokov, and they kept the title in his hands as opposed to giving it to a Russian. He beat a scared Devon Alexander who wouldn't throw a punch and hadn't beaten anyone any way.... and beating a counter punching 40 year old Marquez, Bradley thinks that wraps up Hall of Fame honors?????? Every time this rube opens his mouth, he sounds like a delirious clown.

It will help but it wont happen. I think Marquez will win maybe even knock him out. I wonder how bradley will be after that war with Ruslan. JMM wont run out of gas and if he hurts bradley he can follow it up and finish him.

I hope Bradley beats Marquez by robbery/split decision. it would be hilariously cuz he'd have an amazing resume with Marquez & Pacquiao on it. Then, hopefully fights Cotto beats him by robbery, then Mayweather by robbery.
Even with all those guys on his resume, Bradley would still not be considered an all time great

I'm surprised you say this, there are hof that are not a accomplished as Bradley..Does Bradley have to die to get in??I agree with another poster, Cotto will get in, if Bradley wins against Marquez he would have the better resume and be more accomplish as well..

I don't really care who's in there, and don't particularly know either. Bradley shouldn't be a HOFer after a Marquez win. Cotto would still have a better career than Bradley, even if Bradley beats JMM.
