Not sure how this doesn't make sense...but if you and I have 2 points we're arguing, in order to accomplish something, and we agree to point 1 (money) and we disagree on point 2 (testing), then we obviously don't have an agreement.
If we revisit the issue, and I come to terms with point 2 (testing) to make something work, and then you go back and now try to change point 1 (money) on me, obviously that's obviously showing on your part that you don't want this common goal to take place.
Not sure how much more black and white that can be explained...
