Fetta said it was a mistake, but there are 2 or 3 others that said he would and I've seen a couple that didn't say he'd win, but made it sound like a question.

There is about as small a chance as exists in a fight that Mayweather beats Hagler, and I want to hear someone actually justify this.

I don't think Floyd beats Hagler but if someone logged on and actually made a reasoned argumet the response would surely be the usual personal attacks, name calling, etc etc. Then they'd call the poster a floyd ***, etc. and then say I'm done discussing when they couldn't refute what that poster wrote.

Hagler was the best of the 4 and he would never have fought Mayweather because Hagler fought for Bob Arum! I'm still bitter about the Hagler/Leonard fight and the rematch that never happened.....

Mayweather still would have been a legend but he wasn't have been as successful against those great fighters. They'd likely still have been ranked ahead of him.

Corrales, Castillo 1 and 2, Hatton, Mosley, Gatti, Genaro all define floyd's greatness. In any other sport the dominance of an athlete or team is a measure of their greatness and defines them. Only when discussing floyd does somehow this become a neagtive.

Can anyone imagine the 1927 Yankees, 86 Bears, Cael Sanderson, Edwin Moses, Secretariat, UCLA with Kareem, just to name a few, only being "defined" by close wins or losses?
