Duran my all time favorite. 5,7 and went all the weight to 160, 168 lbs well past his prime. Mayweather woud still be that good back then, but I don't think he would go past; Duran, Benitez, Hearns, Hagler, Leonard without taking a loss.

Floyds skill set and other world defense would make him a hof/atg in any era. Skills pay bills and if you cannot hit the guy you cannot win. Its comical to see pac fans rain down hate on floyd but still claim pac would defeat hearns pryor duran and other men with such tremendous power. Pac is too easy to hit and i dont see him beating the top dogs of that era due to his shoddy defense. Imo he has been sold out by arum and roach who dont try to shore up his limited defense and continue to try to match him with who they think would lose in spectacular fashion to pac. u dont have to agree with duran but some of the ******ed comments being made about him are quite ridiculous. he was a great fighter. arguably the greatest fighter of that era. he fought in a better era for sure. but floyd would have been something special in any era imo. but none of that really matters, its all opinions but there are two facts that remain. floyd is one of the greatest fighters of this era and duran is one of the greatest fighters of his era.
