When did Cotto cease to be known as a very good body puncher? A big part of Cotto's gameplan was to attack the body. Go back and watch the Cotto fight to see how Mayweather has adjusted to defend against the body attack. Mayweather is a much smarter more experienced fighter now compared to when he 1st fought Castillo.

I am not from that era so I could care less about doing too much research I've seen all of them fight but at the end of the day 36 yo Floyd beats a 36 yo Duran from what I've seen of Duran around that age. When I do research I often look at the greats most significant and late career fights, I'm a firm believer in talent when you can still perform at an elite level even at an advanced age like Mayweather I think that says a lot about fighters and from what I've seen of the greats most of them were pretty much washed up at Floyd's age.. and even today's great fighters theres no way Pacquiao will be able to perform like Floyd when he reaches age 36..That means something..

So yes duran would have more mileage than floyd...

I think SRL would have had all out wars with most of those fighters. He would have gotten a stoppage at the end of the competitive match-ups. He would have ran from Ortiz because he always runs from punchers. He didnt have the skills to walk him down like Floyd did.
