Is this a joke? Did Leonard fight Pryor? De la Hoya vs Tszyu? Eric Morales/JMM?
Bowe/Lewis, De la Hoya/Wright, Duran/Arguello, Jones/Benn, Jones/Michalczewski, Holmes/foreman, Calzaghe/Froch, Trinidad/Norris, Lopez/Gamboa. The list goes on and on. Floyd don't make the fights people wan to see, yet he fought in the highest grossing PPV's of all time? You make no sense. He called out de la Hoya in his prime, Mosley and Tzsyu in their primes and non of them wanted it. He offered to fight Margarito and Cotto but just wanted to get paid. So please tell us, since logically, it's not about ducking, what is it? why so much hate for the guy?[/QUOTE]

Oscar left arum and made a killing by promoting himself, same with cotto,, manny not that smart,, he is a puppet... Doesnt change the fact that the fight wasnt made...
Do I need to say it in Swahili for you to understand that GB wasn't the problem? Team Pac was the problem! And Pac could've taken simple drug tests that EVER fighter in the world would've been willing to take.....but him. sorry, I'm wrong about that's he's willing to take them......NOW, even demand them. Your right, the fight didn't get made. How about placing the blame where it should be placed?

Sorry to say bro, but you are a complete follower & hater. Do you bother looking anything up before you form an opinion on something, or just listen to rumors. The guy took time off because he was burnt. There is NO ONE in boxing that has been as consistent, that trains harder or that takes EVER fight as serious as Floyd. In human nature, the norm would be you make it to the top & start taking it for granted, party, not train as hard, overlook opponents. Floyd has never done that. He always trains like he's a contender, with every fight. Now try doing that for 12 years straight. Do you think you might need a break? Get burned out? Kinda lose your love for the sport? I know I would, especially if I'm worth the money he is. I already proved to you that he was willing to fight both Margarito & Cotto before, but you still spewing that non sense. So let's prove it, right out of Cotto's mouth, shall we? I will just quote the relevant stuff.

Cotto: 'It will be my best, biggest victory'

Most people believe this fight against Mayweather should have taken place five years ago. From your point of view, why hasn't it happened until now?

First of all, I'm always available to face everyone. My feeling is that if the fight didn't happen before, then it wasn't right for my case [at the time]. It is available now and will happen this year on Saturday, May 5, so I am going to be prepared.

Was the Mayweather fight one that you pushed for through the years at any point behind the scenes with Bob Arum?

I never pushed for it at any time before. I would just see what is the best fight that I can get fight by fight. This one is the best one for me now. This is the best chapter in my career so far.

See a problem w/ your "Its pretty much a proven fact" nonsense? Now what?

Floyd would still love Pac on his resume though. He might dare fight Pac now, seeing JMM could ko Pac, Floyd may even fancy it now.
Pacs not superman now you see,
