Of course he is. Does he even have his promoter's license? Why are you bringing up non-relevant points?

I like how you put words into my mouth just so you could slag Pacquiao. Besides, why can't Pacquiao be considered an atg, especially when atg's are usually subjective, mythical and personal. Whom you consider an atg might not be someone's idea of an all time great.

First of all, I was talking about the media and the public's perception of Floyd, Pacquiao and the whole PBF vs PAC affair. I never said that Pacquiao was an ATG that would define Floyd's career. All I said was that 50 years from now, I think there will be more people remembering that Floyd never fought Pacquaio and less the other way around because of the both fighters' image and the way their careers worked out. Pacquiao will be considered by many an overachiever because not much really was expected of him when he started, while Floyd was expected to be special from the get go. Plus, because of the "heel" image that he portrayed, I'm sure for commercial reasons, since he was fighting the "Golden Boy", good vs bad, etc.,. , I believe this will work against him when the debate comes 50 years from now about Floyd vs Pac.

Don't kid yourself, though. If Floyd beat Manny in 09, I'm pretty sure you would be the first to proclaim PBF the GOAT. Unbiased? Please.

Back when Pac was Relevant, Lance Roidweather did the Greatest PUNK OUT move in Boxing History. Does any Thinking person, after watching Our Hero, always Scheming to get the Upper Hand, Believe that BOY isn't the Fox, that smells his Own Hole First?

What happened to all of the talk of Pacquiao being the biggest name at the time in 2009 and making the fight happen? Yet we got Clottey LOL
Yeah, the SMOKE SCREEN testing Nonsense, was a Masterful way for Our Hero, to Avoid the Biggest MONEY Fight, in the History of the Sport. At the Time, FRAUD knew he couldn't Dictate to Pac, Inside or Outside the Ring...

K.Oed Pacquiao was/is still a more relevant boxer than any name in Mayweather's resume up to date , taking into consideration when Mayweather fought them !

It is surprising for me to read comments of non-americans talking about " boxing is going to miss Mayweather , he doesn't get the credit , ..... "

Mayweather is an american brain-washing product when USA misses the true boxing champion after Tyson on the world stage and DLH on the local stage
He may be talented , but he can't be american boxing superstar of any era before 2000s .

I can't believe there is still people who give respect to boxers who keep fans talking for years about a fight in hands , and they still duck each other for whatever irrelevant reasons !

People are out of their minds

It will be a happy day for boxing when Mayweather and Pacquiao retire

Sr, your son said the same about his most recent opponent Guerrero.

"Who is Guerrero? Who has he fought? I'm no Berto ...." - Floyd Mayweather
