amir Khan was/is the only one who could beat may w/the right trainer

With his length jab, speed of foot and hand, and combinations/activity he is a stylistic nightmare for Mayweather...a prime Judah with his speed, timing and sneaky shots troubled Mayweather. Freddie roach was never the trainer to develop Khans best attributes an offensive trainer who let's a fighter fight their fight while tweaking offensive things but IMO neglecting counterpunching. Khan made it as far as he did off talent not skills or nuances of the sport. That's what separated the judahs from the
Mayweathers of boxing or the meldrick Taylors from the Whitakers. Khan has the attributes and skills to fight as a boxer puncher. Mixing in timely counters. Working on his inside game and counters with his aforementioned tools with say hunter earlier or bernstein....we would have already saw this fight happen. News flash Freddie roach he was never the puncher manny was nor had the chin to fight reckless a great trainer molds a fight not make him into what he wants him to be

    no...

Khan is too big a ****** in the ring to not get timed within 30 seconds against Mayweather and his chin can't hold up to Mayweather's accuracy.

Floyd KO in the first 8.

lol no way. mayweather would walk him down and completely undress him. khan might win the first two rounds if he's on his game.

His defense is way too leaky, he'd get countered to death.

Amir doesn't actually do anything particularly well but overwhelm midgets with flurries. Blazing handspeed, horrible punching technique. He might have some early success but that is all. If Danny Garcia can figure him out after 2 rounds, you know Floyd can.

His style is completely made for Floyd and one that would make Floyd look a devastating puncher in the process.
Hes never even fought at welterweight, just got his **** pushed in by Julio Diaz, Peterson, Danny Garcia & Breidis Prescott yet somehow he could beat Floyd?

It doesn't matter who trains him, he has way too many flaws and would get thoroughly embarrassed.

He has almost all the attributes but he doesn't fight in a way which could get the job done.

            Made to order for Mayweather.

No mention of Khan's shaky defense or his lack of an inside game. He does have fast hands, but he's 1-2 fighter so not exactly hard to figure out. I do like Khan's body work when he does commit to it(Which he doesn't do enough).

I see Floyd taking him inside and exposing that non-existent part of Khan's game.

Khan has the physical attributes minus a glass jaw that would give Cherrypicker a tough time... but Khan just didn't have the skills... and it didn't matter who trains him, roach or Hunter or even Cherrypicker Sr... no one could have trained Khan to have enough competency to beat Cherrypicker

if you could teach khan to fight like tommy hearns maybe. and always troube with his recovery powers. mayweathers a decent finisher when he goes for it. my money would be on a prime ricky hatton, he bullied mayweather for a good 6 rounds and if the ref let him fight inside i think hatton could give give mayweather a good fight, not any more though, and of course pacquiao with his combos and workrate. any one else is going to have to be big, canelo, martinez, ggg.

If he was trained in a different way from the start then yes I really think he would have beaten Mayweather.

But not now, he is too stuck in his ways.
