Lets call it 20 since that's what the IBRO goes by. Does it really matter though? I asked a question based on personal opinion. You've chosen to troll this thread because you don't like that opinion. You're an educated boxing fan, you may rank him 18th. While I may not agree I don't have any serious issues with it like I would the bozo's who rank him top 10 all time.
