    Will Morales retire?

    Morales back home!
Three-time world champion Erik "El Terrible" Morales of Tijuana, Mexico is back home in San Diego after his rousing battle on Saturday night with two-time world champion Manny Pacquiao at the Thomas & Mack Center of Las Vegas. "Last Saturday night I run into a guy with a lot of ambition who wanted to win very much. Was in great condition and was obviously well prepared to fight me," said Morales. "It was a very tough intense fight. I think I had some good moments early, but was getting very tired as the fight was going in the later rounds. I have nothing but respect for Pacquiao, he's a good person and he beat me, you won't hear any excuses from me," said Morales. "After the fight I was taken to the hospital to make sure that I was alright and everything came out fine. Now I'm looking forward to getting some rest and spending some time with my wife (Andrea) who is due on February with our first child (a boy)," said Morales. "Bob Arum and Top Rank have given me their unconditional support as they always have. Now I will take some time off and think about what my next move will be," concluded Morales.

I got a feeling he is...

those two fights not to happen, instead he will get paired
against bigger fighters again, and likely will pick up more losses arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

        haha just kidding mofos,

pacs gonna take 130 and make it his home, ya hear that haters

          Hey Gay Chicken...

You have obviously set yourself apart in terms of boxing knowledge on these boards and I have just been dying to know who you would pick between Pacquaiao and Victor Polo...your opinion is the only one that I take to heart now give me a prediction gay chicken.

Morales will not retire after losing to Pacquiao, he might retire from this weight class and step up in weight but certainly stay for a few more years.

i think that victor polo has a decent enough record,
with a loss to juan manuel marquez in his last fight.
and 4 other losses, all against decent opposition.
he should of also got a win over scott harrison if
the reports were true. polo is slick enough to avoid
some of pacs assault but eventually pac would break
him down, likely getting a ud, or possible late ko

              man its 2:19 am

Nice stab at it gay but I got news for you at this stage in Vic's career the chances of him lasting the distance with PAC are zero.

Give me a break as well its almost 630 PM where Im at.
