I think over 80% of active boxers are cheats the testing just sucks and
the cheaters will always be one step ahead of the game. If they have a test
for a certain drug they will always find a way to beat itwith something else

The only way for JMM to prove he was clean was to take an immediate OSDT right after the Pacquiao fight. I started a petition demanding just that.
