Memo and Marquez are just stalling. They will finally agree to start testing 6-7 weeks before the fight just like Rigondeaux did with Donaire.
Memo is smart like that. Morons with think the testing is legit, while his fighter (if dirty) will have the PEDs cycled out of his system in time to test clean and have maximum performance on fight night.

Test or no test, if I was Bradley I would still fight Marquez. Tim is making me feel as though he is lacking in confidence. The old Tim would simply be too quick for Marquez. Roids or not, it doesn't matter if you can't hit the target. Maybe Tim has lost something and he knows it. There's no way I would turn down a big fight and pay day against a future hall of famer that's past his prime and 1 fight away from retirement. Don't get me wrong, I understand where Tim is coming from. But a win over Marquez will take his career to another level. A victory would definitely put the heat on Mayweather to fight him at some point. Walking away from this fight leads to what, a pissed off Arum who in return could black ball him? Why risk that. Take the fight Tim!!!

Bradley SHOULD Know All About That Crooked Nevada Athletic Commission!!!
Nevada Athletic Commission stole Manny Pacquiao's belt away and handed it to Bradley on the biggest, most blatant FIX in Boxing history. If Marquez happens to be a larger name in Boxing than Bradley, then Bradley could get the belt taken from him and handed to Marquez so to make History for Marquez winning another title. They took the title from Pacquiao to get him off his global stage talking about his new found faith in Christianity, and doing away with his own Casinos & ******** establishments... Vegas doesn't want to hear about that, felt they had made enough hundreds of millions off Pac, now time to move him off the stage, and provided Bradley could finish on his feet... the title was going to Bradley, or anyone else Manny could have fought that night, provided they weren't stopped.
Now if Marquez is questioned about PED's, then Nevada may mysteriously lose drug testing samples. Hey its Las Vegas! Bob Arum is involved. Money changes hands, Judges are compromised. Stranger things have happened in the squared circle in Vegas. Have to have either VADA or USADA soley in charge of random drug testing and leave Nevada Athletic Boxing Commission out of it. They'll be busy enough insuring Marquez wins anything close.

even if NSAC is in-charge they can easily hire VADA or USADA to do the drug testing...problem solved. in fact that's better than the fighters or promoters themselves negotiating directly with drug testers.
