The entire division could release a joint statement saying they don't want to fight Golovkin and people would still blame him.

the problem is here on NSB when fighters choose not to fight fighter A, fighter A gets the blame, even though poster know they don't deserve it.

Its not GGG's fault, but it would be holding him to an equal standard if he gets blamed.

Really? How long is Pirog gonna be injured for? Early this year I heard he was gonna be making his comeback in August, but it's July and I still haven't heard anything since. If the guy doesn't want to fight again he should outright retire, he's been nothing but a joke ever since that Jacobs win. A fight against GGG would definitely put him back in the limelight though.

The bottom line is that GGG is the Middleweight Champion of the World and next to the Heavyweight Title the Middleweight Title has always been the most prestigious one to hold!!!! All these guys at 154 and 168 should be moving up and down to challenge him!!!! Why the hell should the Middleweight Champ MOVE!!!!!! This is BS!!!! These guys like Froch and Ward need to sacrifice and get down to 160+ a few!!! Since when is the 168 Title more prestigious than the Middleweight Title????? If they can't make it down that far then everyone gets 4pounds and make some 10 round fights without titles on the line!!!!

He's been gone forever. It's almost a year since they were supposed to fight. He was supposed to be back multiple times too.

It's actually pretty sad since his back injuries have been quite severe. He may end up retiring from the injury.

If you recall he was set to fight Golovkin on HBO, but re-injured his back in camp, had to pull out thus why GGG fought Proksa on short notice. He's been out ever since.

Dude Ward and Froch are already in the same class, why in the hell would they drop down to face each other at a lower weight class? I guess the Klith bros should drop to cruiser to test themselves, maybe garcia and matthysse should drop to lightweight for their upcoming matchup, see where im going...it doesnt make sense.

Thats just your opinion about which class is more prestigious. The times have changed, The hw class isnt on top anymore neither is MW because there isnt much competition. Maybe he should move up one class and take on a challenge, Why do you guys think established champions and the #2 p4p boxer need to sacrifice to fight a guy with only one top ten win. But i can read between the lines, you dont want him to fight ward at his weight class cause he's gonna get his ass handed to him.
