I'll see GGG/Mora the same way I saw Dallas/Matthysse. The opponent isn't impressive, but at least we'll see them against guys with certain
style/attributes that they've yet to see.
Oh, he's a trickier fighter for sure, but that alone doesn't make it a better fight. It isn't. Serious Mora is just horrid.

GG can fight a Mora to you guys, and get props, and he can be promoted, yet Rigondeax can beat pfp Donaire and be called boring and unexciting?

      You draw it up!

They are sickening to read. I want to see "GG was impressive against a very good so and so who was a very good challenge" type posts.
The bigger fights are at 168 (Ward, Froch, Chavez), but I don't think he's suited for that weight class. I'd be fine with him fighting Bika/Rodriguez and then fighting Froch or Ward. However, his year has been laid out from the beginning, he wants to fight 5 times this year and HBO is already putting Geale/Barker in his path. Jumping up to 168 for September and then back down for November, what purpose does that serve?

Mora is boring and would fight negative, but HBO won't be covering it so those who don't care about the match-up can simply ignore it.

          Are you really this thick?

          Pirog - injured.
          Martinez - injured.
Quillin - is on Showtime, Golovkin's November date is HBO.

          Anyone else?

If that is the comparison we should use, then can I ask why you wouldn't you want to want to see a tricky boxer against a perceived power puncher? Obviously Mora is not Rigo, but it's a similar matchup. He more of a spoiler, bad for TV, cant blame the pushback on it... but he makes everyone look the same when he fight them. It might end up halting the KO streak, that would be some good ammo for you to use later on

See me, I want to see GGG vs Jermain Taylor.

You need to stop generalizing man, Rigondeaux is one of my favorite fighter.

Listen, you can't name anyone Golovkin should fight, you lost that argument, next you say he should fight at 168. Why? The goal is to become the lineal champ at 160 and Sergio has stated he's interested next year, so why go to 168? Fight who exactly? Froch vs Groves is set. Ward possibly wont fight again this year, Chavez is fighting Vera. Not sure who is worth moving up a weight class for one fight.

Ideally Golovkin can fight the Geale vs Barker winner, since Geale is a title holder. Geale already turned down the fight once and Golovkin beat him easily in the amateurs so who knows what Geale will do provided he beats Barker, he may take a Sturm rematch or fight Solomon in Australia.

They would have to bring out the yellow tape for that one.

this is a guy who wants the big fights but can't get them.

it's not a fight i want, but the guy needs opponents. he'd also learn a lot against mora. that guy is pretty slippery, and does know how to use the ring. he's never been stopped.

i can't see HBO taking the fight, though. mora is not a fighter fit for their airwaves in their estimate.
