fast, strong hands, slow feet. He's david tua 2.0. He'll lose to a rangy, skilled boxer with a good chin.

No use trying to explain to these dudes man. He's losing it though and has lost 50lbs, that's no small feat.
Well that's your opinion and I'm not in the business of predicting the future by calling someone's career before it even takes off.
I don't think you understand much about genetics, people still don't understand that not everyone (even with hard work) is going to have a chiseled body.
Take Juan Diaz for example, I have never seen anyone work as hard in the gym, yet he had all that "baby fat" on him. He would spar 20 rounds in the gym, run 10 miles without stopping and have a great diet and still couldn't get ripped.
There are different body types and conditioning has nothing to do with what you look like.
I don't know what Ruiz is or isn't doing in the gym. What I do know is that he reportedly works hard, has lost close to 60lbs and has very good skills. I respect people who do that and box for a living because I did the same and it's a ridiculously hard way to make a living.
They think every heavyweight can get a body like Wladimir or Wilder. Some peoples body types are just designed a certain way. Rios fights at 140 and he will never be able to get ripped like some of the other guys (eg Bradely), he's genes won't allow him.
Obviously most of these heavyweights could loose a lot of weight and eat properly but don't expect all of them to be chiseled.Comment

Ricky Hatton probably has the worst genes going, yet he still pushed himself extremely hard to get in World class shape.Comment

Judging by the posts on here I would've thought I was on some celebrity gossip website with a bunch of females. He's not draining himself to make a smaller weight class or has had his weight affect any of his performances so who cares if he's "visually unappealing" (****ing ****s).
This qualifies as obese now?
