Usyk is an awesome prospect, but problem is, TR doesn't deal in HW or CW. All the action is in Europe. He should sign with Frank Warren. JK, he should go K2, seems obvious

There must not be much money to make in those divisions if someone as cagy as Arum doesn't want to take on a good prospect.

There's no money at cruiser, but there can be lots at HW. The problem is there's no scene in the US, and it won't be built around one guy, unless it's Tyson. This guy is no Tyson, and would have to build his credibility in Europe. He's also a bit of a tweener in the Klitschko era, but once these guys retire he could do very well.

Im pretty sure Usyk will campaign as a HW as a pro. But you're right, the CW and HW scene is in Europe

Hmm, I just looked over Top Rank's list of fighters and they do have a heavyweight. Andy Ruiz Jr.

Maybe Bob just didn't think he could make money with Usyk.

I'm sure, it's 10x easier to make money with a young Mexican HW with talent and a fun style. If he was half as good as Tyson, that'd be a guy you could build a scene around.

Im dissapointed in one thing and thats that top rank will only have him face TR fighters. At least if he signed with someoneother than TR or GB then he could go against anyone. Granted TR could make him a star but this TR and GB beef is killing boxing
