Sad news, he was a great fighter. The documentary Ring of Fire is amazing, I highly recommend it.

I met & knew the Champ way back when during his training @ Telstair Gym, off 8th Ave...a warm and friendly guy...tuff he had a very difficult time the last 10 years or so , especially after the attack...RIP Champ...
