While fossilized judges are indeed the primary reason for the scorecard issues boxing faces...a lack of understanding by many many fans also contributes. Too many people think they are experts and far too many watch a fight and then decide who wins. Too many people listen to commentary and even more look at punch stats.
Judging is very complex and intricate. Its not for everyone.Comment

I haven't seen the fight but from all accounts on the NSB this sounds about right. Whatever gas he had left in a long and great career probably ended with that monstrous right hand that sent manny to sleepy land. He has had a great career and is almost 40 right now is a good as time as any to hang them up.Comment

i think you could have marquez winning, or maybe a draw
people might be blowing this out of proportion due to marquez being the favourite going in and bradley's performance being kind of suprising, atleast considering to his prior two outings

Am not surprise with the way Bradley fought none am I surprise that he won. My only surprise was that JMM took this fight from the beginning, he didn't have to because even a win doesn't really do much for him. I knew Bradley would fight the same way Barrera did against Hamed. And JMM wouldn't be able to deal with that sort of style.Comment
