There is also Carlos Molina vs Ishe Smith for the IBF jmw title which is a good fight and wasn't mentioned in the article. Also possible is Trout vs Lara which is still being negotiated, if it comes this will be the best card since the Don King days.

      Mayweather vs Canelo
      Garcia vs Matthysse
      Smith vs Molina
      Lara vs Trout

      That would be epic

Seriously, with these two fights, the other two will basically serve as wings/dinner/beer time for my party guests. Not sure Ishe Smith/Carlos Molina (a decent matchup, mind you) is going to grab anyone's attention. I really don't care who lands in the fourth slot... as long as it's not J'Leon Love (or any other recent drug cheat)

Schaefer already confirmed that Lara-Trout won't land on this card even if finalized in the near future.

that's a fight I'd rather see as its own main event on Showtime anyway. Not sure such a fight will convert new boxing fans (which is what I look for in a PPV undercard fight)

They mentioned Victor Ortiz might be possible. He'll probably be fighting Alfonso Gomez next. The Ghost also called him out.
