Bottomline is James toney wont train, come in fat as hell, and still go 12 competitive rounds with a heavy champ........

I was going to say Micky,but I didn't want to sound like a fanboy.

Basically his defense was his ability to take punishment. Like you would just pound on him and he would not take a step back.

Its amazing that he isn't punch drunk as hell.
