nah he didn't quit he's just ******. You don't wait till 9 before deciding to get up especially not when you're away from home. Still think the ref should have let him fight on, but bottom line is Scott has nobody to blame but himself.

Malik seemed way too chill about it after the fight. His corner was far more infuriated. I was looking forward to the rest of that....

Things were starting to get interesting but the idiot ref ruined it.

Thank for posting. That stoppage was BS. Scott got up in time and the ref never even said 10. He took the full amount of time allotted to him and then rose off his knee. Chisora deserves credit though. He stuck to the gameplan and attacked the body aggressively. I expected way more from Scott.

yup.... he quit.... cos after the fight, he didn't even dispute it (the decision) to any degree, praised chisora....

and tamely asked for a rematch.... aka another payday.

why take a knee at all.... it was a grazing shot, he forced was down by chisora's weight.....

the shot had no effect.... and he decided to take a count.... seems like he was looking for an excuse.

He was using the opportunity to take a breather. They were already going to count it against him as a knockdown anyway.
