He is just responding to Mayweather trashing him. He did not ask him for a damn thing. He dared Mayweather to fight him after Mayweather said his career was over. Pacquiao is not desparate and his career is not over. He will make another 20 million or so for fighting Rios. How many other boxers would like their career to be over like that. So Mayweather make more money than any other fighter. That doesn't give him the right to tell fighters they are done and it does not give him the right to tell a fighter they must let him promote their fights if they want to fight him.You act like Floyd is a god or a king.
