In this specific fight, Bob Arum never said Floyd had to sign with Top Rank to get the fight done.

Anybody knows the other fighter isn't going to do that.

Pacquiao has the type of pull to OTHER fighters to get them to sign with Top Rank because they have no better option, Bradley especially.

With this fight, trying to get the other superstar to sign an extended contract under their banner is another way of saying, succumb to me or take a walk... Floyd KNOWS that would never happen, so essentially he knows the fight won't happen taking that stance and so he doesn't want the fight.

Yes, Floyd is telling manny to succumb to him. that means manny has the same choices that tim and JMM had-regardless of the pull he has or how big he is. if he takes it or walks thats his decision. time to stop blaming floyd for making manny make the same tough decisions manny's opponents have to.

He knows dam well Manny wont agree to fighting under another promotional company if he were ever to leave TR.. Just like DLH.. he'd start his own company and fight under it.. this pretty much even out the excuses battle..

It should read: "Mayweather will fight Pacquiao if he signs with Mayweather Promotions"

Mayweather's condition isn't that he leaves Top Rank, his real condition is that Pacquiao signs with Mayweather Promotions.

After he retires, Floyd still plans to make money from Pacquiao... Not so ****** this Floyd...
