Eight division world champion and second term congressman Manny Pacquiao, fed up over Floyd Mayweather Jr ‘s claims that after his back-to-back losses to Timothy Bradley and Juan Manuel Marquez he is a has-been and is finished as a fighter, shot back at the undefeated pound for pound king in an interview with the giant Philippine broadcast network ABS-CBN.
Pacquiao said Mayweather “is all talk but short on action.”
He said Mayweather “talks and talks but you don’t use your mouth in the ring.”
Pacquiao’s adviser Mike Koncz told BoxingScene.com/Manila Standard that whenever Mayweather is on tour promoting a fight “he talks about Manny because he needs to stir things up” especially since on this present tour “Canelo” Alvarez is proving to be more popular than Floyd.”
